Carbohydrates are indeed one of the reasons why people would grow fat, but, they are also helpful in providing us energy as we proceed in our fitness and nutrition program.
Another misconception of most people is that reducing their water intake would yield weight loss. This is entirely wrong. In order for a person to attain their dream body one must be committed enough to meet the 8 glasses of water daily requirement. According to some experts they said that if you would lose even 1 percent of fluid your body will be affected negatively. Particularly when exercising, it would be better to even surpass the minimum of 8 glasses of water for you to be replenished.
Last we have is starving would solve the problem of gaining weight or even loss some weight. However, eating on a regular basis would not get you fat but instead overeating on the wrong kinds of food will. Remember starving is not a key to a better health.
